Winter move-in Special!

Winters coming and it's a beautiful time of year here at the Resort! The elevation is just 5,686 and we have considerably mild weather during our winter and summer months! As an incentive for moving in through our winter months...we are presently offering a special WINTER~MOVE IN OFFER! This offer is for paying just $250.00 a month in Rent, which includes ALL utilities! We apply $100.00 of that towards electricity. However; if you happen to go over the $100.00 for electricity..then you will be responsible to pay the difference. Must Mention this ad and be staying a minimal of 6 months to receive this discounted rate!

At St. Johns RV Resort we pride ourselves in offering the best facilities, hospitality, and lowest rates in the area. Our on-site management team is dedicated to making sure you enjoy your stay!

  • Overnight rates: $20 includes full hook-ups
  • Weekly Rates: $100 includes full hook-ups
  • Monthly Rates: $300 includes full hook-ups (up to $100 will be paid towards electric) 
  • Please note that we do not accept credit cards...just cash, checks or money orders. There is also, a non refundable $5.00 charge for the key to use the Laundry and Bathroom Facilities.
